So much space and such great beach access! We got locked out of one of the bathrooms, and a handyman was there 20 minutes later!

Me and my family had an amazing time! The house is everything as advertised and more! Beautiful well taken care of cabin with every amenity you could think of. Beds are all comfortable. Delivery services are great in the area. 10 out of 10 great stay! Thanks

We had a great stay with our extended family of 13. Teenagers loved the pool, the theater, darts and the pool table. Easy to find and navigate the area. Very responsive host. Dollar general a few minutes away for last minute needs. Walmart delivered groceries with no issues. Fully stocked kitchen - cooked in each morning for breakfast and each evening for dinner. Pigeon forge and gatlinburg were both 30-40 minutes away. Check in and check out super easy. Nice touches by the host - s’mores, cookie decorating, wine and champagne. Loved our stay.

Our stay from Dec 26-31, 2025 was exactly what our family of 16 needed. Everyone had their own room with their own full bathroom and garden tubs, the indoor pool and hot tub, game room and movie theater gave ample room for everybody to spread out and enjoy themselves. The host and their staff was more than accommodating with every question and anything we needed , and there was never a time that we had went without. The extra added surprises that were left for us when we got there was also something totally unexpected😊 Would definitely recommend this host if you're looking for something in the Gatlinburg area, you'll definitely not be disappointed.

Excellent Hosts and Accommodations! I mentioned during the initial reservation process that my family, my adult children and their respective families were coming to celebrate our Christmas. With my grandchildren ranging in age from 12 down to 1, I knew we needed a tree. I traveled from Orlando and knew I would not have room. My oldest daughter from South Alabama planned to bring a small tree from her office. I was surprised when I arrived that there was a Christmas tree waiting! I quickly sent a photo to my daughter and she was able to skip bringing a tree. This was an unexpected extra from the Hosts, and just one example of their attention to detail! We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful, spacious, and super clean. It immediately felt like home. We were there to celebrate Thanksgiving, and this was the perfect spot. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of seating throughout the home and decks. Everyone enjoyed watching the ballgames while playing pool and hanging out on the deck. The beds were comfortable. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. No complaints about anything. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely love to come back!
